TREASURE HUNT PUTS BUSINESS CENTRE ON THE MAP!

A treasure trove full of Christmas goodies was won by Nick O'Leary of SBH Page & Read in our Treasure Hunt competition.

Nick marked the spot on the map where the treasure was buried and won a sumptuous Fortnum & Mason hamper packed with £500 worth of seasonal fare including champagne, caviar, smoke salmon, a whole ham, a Stilton cheese and lots more delcious delicacies.

"It's pretty much saved us from the scrum of Christmas food shopping" says Nick, "as there's precious little more we could want for over the holidays".

SEGRO, Europe’s leading provider of flexible business space, has sold the freehold of Unit E1 at J31 Park, Motherwell Way, West Thurrock to Standard Life Trustee Company in a SIPP.

The 3,222 sq ft (299 sq m) business unit, which includes 796 sq ft (74 sq m) of mezzanine space, will be occupied by The Full Electrical Services Company.

Ken Butcher of SEGRO comments: "J31 Park is situated in a well established warehouse, industrial and trade counter area with immediate access to junctions 30/31 of the M25 and close to the A13 which serves Central London. The Park also benefits from its proximity to Lakeside, IKEA, B&Q, Srewfix, and various other retail outlets."
